Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Data Analyst in People Analytics to transform data into strategic value for their global Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams, helping business leaders make informed, evidence-based decisions about their workforce.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel; familiarity with the broader Microsoft data stack (e.g., Fabric, Power Automate) is a plus.
- An ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools with the ability to create engaging and effective data visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver recurring people analytics reports, including compliance-based reporting, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Collect and incorporate stakeholder feedback to ensure reporting is relevant, usable, and forward-looking.
- Act as an internal consultant, responding to HR and TA requests for custom analysis.
- Use data to answer critical questions about talent trends, organizational health, and workforce planning.
- Partner with our central analytics team to enhance BI tools and data pipelines.
- Explore opportunities for predictive analytics and AI integration into HR workflows.

- This role will be based in Ashburn, VA in alignment with our flexible work policy (3 days in, 2 days flexible).
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in data analysis, computer science, or a related numerically focused field.
- 1–2 years of industry experience in a data analysis or reporting role.
- A passion for continuous improvement and a collaborative, curious mindset.
- Strong consulting, relationship-building, and influencing skills—able to understand business needs and shape insights accordingly.
- Travel required is expected to be up to 20% but may increase over time as the business evolves.
