GBS Benefits, Inc. is looking for a Pharmacy Data Analyst to provide timely, accurate analytics, proactive consultation, and decision support information related to pharmacy benefits for internal and external clients.
Requirements
- Strong ability to leverage industry knowledge, analytical thinking, and technical data skills to analyze data and respond to client questions
- Experience with a PC and proficiency in MS Excel is required
Responsibilities
- Manages data, prepares and peer reviews reports, performs ad-hoc analysis, and provides assistance with rate decisions.
- Review and present pharmacy analytics deliverables in client facing meetings (in person and/or virtual)
- Provide analytics and organizational support for pharmacy benefit procurement and market check RFPS-leading all steps of the process from data collection to analysis to final project deliverables.
- Understand and utilizes company specific software systems.
- Support GBS Pharmacy strategic and service initiatives- to include interactions with plan sponsor representatives and plan members.
- Assists with team projects and initiatives.
