CACI is seeking a Data Analyst / Power BI Developer to support the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. The role aims to transform complex data sets into actionable insights for managing risk and improving the configuration management and security posture by developing and maintaining interactive dashboards for tracking and visualizing configuration management and cybersecurity metrics.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), KQL, and data modeling techniques.
- Experience integrating Power BI with data sources such as SQL databases, APIs, and cloud services.
- Understanding how to interpret and analyze data.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability management processes and tools (e.g., Tenable).
- Strong understanding of CMDB processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations using ServiceNow CMDB and Axonius data.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI.
- Optimize Power BI reports for performance and user experience
- Implement data modeling techniques to ensure efficient and accurate reporting.
- Create and maintain documentation for Power BI reports and data models.
- Design, develop, and optimize Data Models track cybersecurity and configuration management metrics and trends to include vulnerabilities, IVAMs, Cyber Risks, etc.
- Integrate data from various sources, including vulnerability scanners, asset management tools, and CMDB systems.

- 12+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
- Collaborate with IT teams to understand CMDB data structures and reporting requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Continuously improve reporting capabilities and suggest new ways to leverage CMDB data.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and government teams to gather requirements and ensure accurate data representation.
- Work with others to create visualizations to support real-time monitoring of security vulnerabilities.
- Define KPIs and metrics to track vulnerability lifecycle, remediation progress, and risk exposure.
- Conduct data cleansing, transformation, normalization, and modeling to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Continuously improve model performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with Power BI best practices and cybersecurity trends.
- Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL.
- Experience in IT service management, with a focus on configuration management and CMDB administration.
