Premier PV is looking to support data-driven decision-making by partnering with business leaders, data owners, and technical teams to design and optimize data models aligned with key objectives. The role will develop efficient data collection processes, build insightful analytics, and integrate AI/ML models to uncover actionable insights.
Requirements
- Strong skills in Databricks, Power BI Semantic Models, DAX, SQL, and Python are essential
- Strong knowledge of Database systems, visualization tools such as BI tools
- Experience with Microsoft copilot, Open ai - GPT and other Artificial intelligence skills
- Experience and/or ability to develop ML and AI Models is preferred
- Experience with platforms such as the Viewpoint ERP system.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and statistical process control
- Experience with or interest in learning artificial intelligence management in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strategy for data collection, relevant reports, analytics and establish review process.
- Integrate ML and AI Models into data reporting and analytics to create actionable insights
- Monitor quality performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Resolve and/or facilitate resolution of problems including identifying cause to prevent re-occurrence.
- Identify and resolve business issues, escalate issues when appropriate.
- Research all the available and usable tools within the company and utilize such tools to the fullest within Premier PV
- Identify and establish SPC program within the factory for critical to quality processes

- Collaborate with department leaders to identify and prioritize report requests and data platform enhancement needs.

- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget.
