Requirements

  • Experience with at least four years of experience in data analysis or a related field, preferably within a human resources environment.
  • Leveraging data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Applying analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Ability to utilize programming languages such as Python or R.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources, including employee records, surveys, and performance metrics.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations that summarize data findings and provide recommendations for HR initiatives.
  • Identify trends and patterns in HR data, such as turnover rates, employee engagement levels, and recruitment effectiveness, benefit utilization rates, workforce demographics, etc.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and other visualization tools to present data in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Work closely with HR team members and other departments to support data-driven projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by regularly reviewing and validating data entries.
  • Implement and adhere to data security protocols to protect sensitive employee information.

  • Providing strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Providing high-level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
  • Understanding of HR processes and metrics, including employee engagement, turnover, and performance management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must reside in or relocate to Minnesota or Wisconsin.
