Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement platforms
- Experience in procurement or supply chain analytics preferred
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus
Responsibilities
- Analyzing procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and performance metrics.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Excel and other tools.
- Cleansing, validating, and maintaining large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Managing master data related to vendors, materials, and pricing.
- Creating advanced Excel models, pivot tables, and formulas to support procurement operations.
- Automating repetitive tasks and streamline reporting processes.
- Creating, reviewing, and tracking Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate submissions and resolving discrepancies.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, supply chain, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or procurement support role.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
