Deel is looking for a Product Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making processes that influence product strategy and enhance user experience, optimize product offerings, improve customer journeys, and contribute to the development of scalable analytics infrastructure.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern BI tool (preferably Looker)
- Proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Heap, or Amplitude
- Solid experience with Data Modeling, particularly using DBT
- Knowledge of Snowflake and LookML is a plus
- Ability to analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights
- Experience in designing and evaluating A/B tests and developing dashboards and data visualizations
- Strong understanding of data privacy and security practices
Responsibilities
- Analyze product performance, monitor feature releases, and derive actionable insights.
- Support the optimization of product offerings, improve customer journeys, and contribute to the development of scalable analytics infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Operations, and Development teams to analyze various problems and create actionable insights.
- Monitor product and feature release performance, define success metrics, and develop optimization strategies.
- Develop and apply extensive domain knowledge within dedicated product areas to inform product strategy.
- Analyze market data, identify customer behaviors, and track industry trends to support product development.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests to enhance customer journeys and overall product effectiveness.
