Lead is a fintech building banking infrastructure for embedded financial products and services. The Data Analyst for the Product Finance team will play a critical, cross-functional role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of financial data streams related to our Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) programs. This position is central to the operational success of the Product Finance function, requiring a blend of strong data analysis skills, financial acumen, and an expert ability to manage complex data and reporting structures.
Requirements
- Demonstrated, advanced experience analyzing databases and manipulating large datasets using SQL.
- Expert-Level Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling for financial analysis.
- Solid understanding of Bank and/or Fintech Accounting data streams and financial workflows.
- Previous experience working with fintech or banking core systems (e.g., Finxact) is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the timely delivery of Partner Files and generate cross-functional reports detailing status and dependencies.
- Analyze and streamline complex data fields and sources to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
- Create and execute production-level SQL queries to facilitate the onboarding of new financial partners and integrate data streams.
- Monitor, document, and clearly communicate any changes to automated data validations to the broader Product Finance team.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation detailing the core Finxact system related to financial data derived from BaaS programs.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years experience in Financial Data Analysis or equivalent
