CDK Global is looking for a technical data extraction specialist/analyst to work with their DSDA platform, extract and compile repair order history and archived documents, and provide process coaching to dealership employees.
Requirements
- An advanced level of experience with Data Storage and Data Archiving (DSDA) is required to deliver effective consulting services.
- Experience in extracting data from large, complex datasets, with the ability to transform and clean the data to enable meaningful analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Linux and PICK, SQL Server.
- Ability to write BASH and Python scripts.
- Knowledge of CDK’s platform and functionalities
Responsibilities
- To work within a team of highly skilled and experienced associates in the processing of repair order history and archived document extraction and compilation.
- To assist with highly specialized data transfer and larger DSDA extraction sets
- To review finding and provide process coaching limited to using the DSDA extracted documents.
- To ensure dealership employee follow-through.

- 5 years of experience providing excellent customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various channels.
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- High level proficiency with MS Office products.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to transition working remotely with clients.
