Sarnova is looking to solve the problem of managing and analyzing data across its IT systems, supporting SQL-based reporting, web platform administration and configuration, and customer implementation projects to deliver accurate data insights and maintain reliable platforms.
Requirements
- Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)
- Experience with web platform administration and configuration
- Familiarity with ETL tools, APIs, and data integration concepts preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare or regulated environments preferred
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and data warehousing preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and data validation
- Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and usability
- Administer and configure web-based platforms to support business operations and customer-facing solutions
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to support customer implementation projects, including data migration, configuration, and testing
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with security and privacy standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across systems and integrations
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
- 2-6 years of experience in data analysis and reporting within IT or enterprise environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Must reside in the United States and be willing to work EST hours
