Supports Data management for Permitting Small Cell services in ServiceNow
Requirements
- Experience with large data sets, data reconciliation, and/or data investigation
- Proficiency at querying relational databases (SQL) and ability to pull data from various sources
- Experience with reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau or Power BI
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ServiceNow CMDB experience is a plus
- In depth knowledge of Excel
Responsibilities
- Responsible for working assignments related to network creation importing data into the CMDB
- Audit existing data and correct as needed
- Work with business partners to resolve data conflicts
- Ensure quality of data within the CMDB
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
- Structure large data sets to find patterns and actionable insights-Analyze data to extract insights to guide the business's strategic planning-
- Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data
Other
- 1-3 years of experience in software and data management
- Strong computer skills
- Must demonstrate a keen attention to detail
- Ability to perform analysis and translate business objectives into actionable analyses
- Fully Remote, but will need to work PST hours (8-5)
