The organization needs analytical support on deposit pricing, campaign and marketing initiatives, Retail Bank performance, and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Knowledge of relational databases.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience with SQL and/or scripting languages (e.g., R, Python) in a professional or academic setting required.
- Experience with Power BI and/or Snowflake preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes product, pricing, financial, and marketing data to evaluate trends and synthesize information.
- Creates and maintains interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources.
- Interprets and provides recommendations for performance and profitability enhancements.
- Conducts regular and ad-hoc analytics surrounding the Bank’s Retail Bank.
- Conducts research on the Bank’s sales and operations data.
- Analyzes various marketing and pricing tests to determine customer response to different initiatives and strategies.
- Develops regular reporting to monitor performance and effectiveness of tests and portfolios.
Other
- Serves as one of the key deposits data experts within the organization
- Partners with various teams across the Bank to coordinate report distribution and knowledge sharing across the organization, including to key stakeholders for executive meetings.
- Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in the performance of essential job functions.
- Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
- Follows Bank policy, procedures and guidelines.
