Poly-America is seeking a Data Analyst to manage top-tier retailer accounts by extracting and preparing data for national customer accounts, and to maintain and create internal Excel spreadsheets for decision-making.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience and skills with the following data software
- Scintilla
- Circana
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, vlookups, and VBA) is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Data Analysis, Data Entry, Data Modeling, and Database Management & Reporting
Responsibilities
- extracting data from Scintilla and Circana and preparing reports for national customer accounts
- maintaining and creating Excel spreadsheets to utilize internally for decision-making
- entering customer orders
- conducting market research
- execution of special projects as assigned
- Identify trends and patterns in the business through data mining and analysis, and provide recommendations for business growth and efficiency improvements
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and reprioritize as shifting business needs require
- Proactive, self-motivated individuals capable of working in a fast-paced environment
