BillGO is looking to optimize sales performance, improve processes, and drive revenue growth by leveraging Salesforce and data analytics.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce (configuration, reporting, dashboards, workflows)
- Skilled with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) to uncover insights and create visualizations.
- Salesforce certification (Administrator or Advanced Administrator)
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, or data migration
- Familiarity with advanced analytics, machine learning, or predictive modeling for sales optimization
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Clear and effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue forecasting.
- Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce to support sales processes, lead management, and pipeline tracking.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by developing and enforcing standards, validation rules, and duplicate management.
- Build and optimize workflows, automations, reports, and dashboards tailored to Inside Sales goals.
- Manage Salesforce updates, integrations, and enhancements to maximize usability and adoption.
- Translate complex data sets into clear, concise recommendations for leadership.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Analyst, or related role.
- Excellent understanding of CRM best practices, sales operations, and data quality management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Clear and effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
