Progressive is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to partner with leaders in the Talent Acquisition Group and other teams to develop and evolve operational reporting solutions, using the latest technologies to create innovative, creative, self-service reporting tools.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and/or T-SQL and strong SAS/Snowflake and data visualization, such as Power BI/Tableau
- Proven ability to work and interact directly with customers and partners to build reporting solutions that prioritize performance optimization and user-friendly interfaces
- Skilled in communicating and explaining data insights and trends to customers in a clear and actionable manner
