CLA is seeking to hire an experienced Data Analyst Senior to join their Information Technology team, to create opportunities for clients, people, and communities through data analysis and visualization.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP data services (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake)
- Ability to code in languages such as SQL, Python, M, DAX, etc. for data analysis and querying across databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office products (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Proficiency with Power BI, Power Apps, and Alteryx and the ability to create visualizations, applications, and dashboards.
- Understanding of conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Ability to extract data from potentially disparate data sources in order to support a data product or solution.
- Ability to create descriptive analyses using Jupyter, RMarkdown, or similar technology.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Participate in the collection and analysis of data using a variety of data tools.
- Data Development: Develops custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
- Develop predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques.
- Use existing processes and tools to monitor and analyze solution performance and accuracy, and communicate findings to team members.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Leverage a comprehensive understanding of CLA's range of services to provide clients with integrated and seamless service offerings and make recommendations for business development.
- Develop deep knowledge of the data and business challenges faced by stakeholders.

- 4 years of relevant experience required.
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Field of Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or Data Science is preferred.
- Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) preferred
- May review and delegate the work of Associates. May act as a Peer Advisor and/or Career Coach to assist other family members in growing their inspired careers.
