Progressive is looking to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of processes, systems, and controls related to corporate HR by hiring a Senior or Lead Data Analyst.
Requirements
- Intermediate proficiency in SAS, SQL, R, and/or Python, including the ability to create and troubleshoot basic programming
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet functionality, including v-look-up, pivot tables, charts, graphing, and macros
- High proficiency in using data analysis reporting tools such as Tableau
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly and quarterly reporting
- Support the multi-year transition of our core HR systems
- Collaborate with our HR Systems team on new projects
- Collaborate with our HR Systems team on year-end processes, such as annual salary review and the company cash incentive program
- Develop predictive data
- Create and troubleshoot basic programming
Other
- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
- In-depth knowledge of control and financial functions and responsibilities
- Interest in acquiring new skills
