Requirements
- Proficiency in Palantir Foundry and Army Vantage platforms.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with Army or DoD data governance standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards and interactive reports in Palantir Foundry and Army Vantage to provide real-time visibility of Army readiness and mission data.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and support senior leader decisions.
- Apply statistical analysis and data modeling to provide actionable insights.
- Build and maintain ETL workflows to ensure accurate data integration across Army systems.
- Ensure compliance with Army data governance and security standards.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in data analytics and visualization.
- Collaborate with Army and contractor teams to meet mission objectives.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience supporting DoD or federal programs.
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
