Responsibilities
- Own the global vision and strategy for the global grocery and retail categories
- Provide guidance on category content and product requirements
- Tell the consumer story: Use performance data, consumer feedback, consider seasonality and Industry trends to tell the consumer experience story
- Merchandising calendar and Promotional plans: Develop and manage a global site merchandising calendar
- Data-Driven Optimization: Generate and share insights, learnings and best practices with local merchandisers
- Operational Excellence: Develop and maintain effective workflows, processes, and timelines for merchandising activities
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising, e-commerce insights & analytics, or related roles
- Excellent communication, and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to innovate and experiment with a focus on consumer experience, engagement, and conversion
