Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Solid foundation in statistical analysis
- Experience with advanced modeling techniques is highly preferred
- 3+ years experience with Python, SQL & Advanced Analytics
- Experience with data storytelling through visualization

- In-depth knowledge of people analytics
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business strategies and translate them into analytical approaches.
- Source structured and unstructured data, ensuring its quality, accuracy, and relevance.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover trends and insights using advanced statistical and modeling methods.
- Review and validate techniques used by peers.
- Create compelling visualizations and presentations that translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations for business partners.
- Develop and manage recurring analytics and reporting processes to support ongoing business needs.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
