Requirements
- Experience with Workday analytics and reporting tools
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel
- Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
- Ability to translate data into insights and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience in building dashboards, automating processes, and working with HR data
- Understanding of HR business processes and data structures
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Workday (WD) analytics and metrics modules
- Automate manual HR data processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct regular audits and ensure data integrity across HR systems
- Tell compelling stories with data to influence decision-making and support strategic initiatives
- Support ad hoc data projects and initiatives under the HR umbrella
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards

- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional leaders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights
- Partner with HR teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive data and proprietary information
- Actively participate in team collaboration, idea exchange, and continuous improvement efforts
- Take initiative to schedule meetings with stakeholders, transition ideas into project plans, and build scalable solutions
