Vanguard is seeking a Data Analyst to support the system which articulates assets and cash flow across each of Vanguard's lines of business. This role will function as a critical liaison between Finance and Technology teams and will engage with clients across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Strong technical skills in data analysis tools (ex., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to solve business problems through technology.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes business and user needs and documents requirements.
- Develops moderately complex information systems and advises on the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
- Translates client’s requirements to functional documentation.
- Formulates and defines the systems scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes.
- Leads the design and testing of new or enhanced applications.
- Leads the implementation of systems and software.
- Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications, and consequences of various proposed system changes.

- Five years related work experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management (influence, persuasion, communication, change management).
