The CXD Automation and Digitization, and Onboarding Analytics team at Vanguard aims to reduce back office processing expenses by identifying opportunities for automation and digitization of paper forms. The Onboarding analysts focus on optimizing the web experience for new clients, which is a crucial part of Vanguard's digital strategy.
Requirements
- Coding knowledge in SQL and Python
- Experience with data storytelling through visualization
- Experience in designing and executing end to end experiments
Responsibilities
- Acquire and compile structured and unstructured data and verify its quality, accuracy, and reasonableness.
- Perform amd lead analyses of historical data to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods.
- Prepare and deliver expert visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement.
- Develop, own, and manage recurring analytic or reporting processes.
- Proactively expand knowledge of business and analytics and shares with team members.
- Share and document best practices.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Other
- Lead engagement with internal partners to understand business strategy, questions, and goals.
- Bring structure to business requests, translate requirements into an analytical project approach, and complete analyses.
- Mentor, coach, train, and develop senior data analysts.
- Minimum of seven years related data analysis/science work experience
