Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools
- Proven experience in enterprise data analysis and reporting
- Experience working across functions such as Retail, Ecommerce, Finance, and HR
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities
- Self-directed with a proactive approach to work
Responsibilities
- Engage with business process leaders and analysts to understand strategic goals and KPIs
- Manage demand for analytics and reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, data scientists, and enterprise architects to develop and deliver reporting tools
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and reporting enhancements through data analysis
- Support and train business units to maximize the use of Under Armour’s data and analytics technologies
- Facilitate requirements gathering, discovery, design, testing, and validation of analytical solutions
- Monitor industry and business changes, recommending analytics improvements as needed
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
