Under Armour is looking for a Sr. Enterprise Data Analyst to deliver high-quality reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making across various business units by designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting analytical applications and data models.
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise data analysis, reporting, and data modeling
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and business intelligence reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting analytical applications and data models that enable the organization to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to understand their needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing data strategies.
- Engage with business process leaders and functional analysts to understand their strategies, KPIs, and analytics requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs, ensuring data and analytics support decision-making
- Identify areas of concern in current processes and recommend data-driven improvements
- Serve as a thought leader by innovating new ways to optimize reporting functions and simplify data access
- Work closely with project teams, enterprise developers, data scientists, and solution architects to deliver aligned solutions
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear business language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working collaboratively across functions such as Retail, Ecommerce, Finance, and HR
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Self-directed with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
