KnowBe4 is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable business insights to support strategic decision-making, drive growth, and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including multi-table joins, grouping, aggregation, common table expressions, and conditional filters
- Strong experience with Looker or similar BI platforms at the data modeling layer
- Familiarity with Snowflake and/or DBT
- Prior experience working in a SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical data into strategic business recommendations
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis throughout the full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, data wrangling, building data models, designing visualizations, and storytelling.
- Write complex SQL queries involving multi-table joins, grouping, aggregation, and conditional logic to extract meaningful insights.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more data sources and related business domains.
- Lead four or more departmental data analytics projects from initiation through operationalization.
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive KPI frameworks to support go-to-market initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Document analytical processes, methodologies, and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing, process standardization, and automation.

- BS or equivalent degree plus 5 years of relevant experience
- MS or equivalent degree plus 3 years of relevant experience
- Ph.D. or equivalent degree plus 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex analyses and insights to senior leadership
- Leadership qualities are essential, as the role includes mentoring junior team members
