Grow Therapy is looking to solve the problem of expanding access to mental health services and improving patient outcomes through data-driven insights and analytics.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL with extensive experience in writing complex queries
- Intermediate knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation tasks
- Expertise in building and maintaining business-critical dashboards, ideally using Looker and LookML
- Strong understanding of experimental design, including A/B testing and causal inference methods
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives
- Deep passion for expanding access to mental health services and improving patient outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and present data-driven insights that inform product, growth, and optimization strategies
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to enhance data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and availability
- Refine ambiguous business questions and formulate hypotheses through comprehensive data analysis
- Create scalable, reliable dashboards and reports in close partnership with stakeholders to support decision-making
- Design and analyze experiments, including A/B tests, to evaluate product features and initiatives
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to guide the development of AI features, metrics, and performance evaluation
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable narratives for executive teams and stakeholders
Other
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Excellent data storytelling skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives
