Edmunds is seeking to analyze large and complex data sets to generate actionable insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making, and to enhance customer experiences throughout their entire car buying and selling journey.
Requirements
- High proficiency in SQL, with experience in querying, transforming, and managing large datasets
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Amplitude, or similar platforms
- Experience with Excel and other analytical tools is a plus
- Knowledge of web analytics and experience with A/B testing analysis
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify multiple solutions
Responsibilities
- Partner with product owners and stakeholders to understand and optimize user engagement metrics
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data sources that enable self-service analytics for teams
- Integrate and analyze complex data from multiple sources, including clickstream, sales, and third-party data
- Translate broad business questions into detailed, coherent analyses and actionable insights
- Visualize data effectively and communicate findings clearly to both technical and executive audiences
- Support and interpret results from A/B experiments to inform product and business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in web analytics or related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling data stories
