Requirements
- Extensive experience with SQL (5+ years)
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- Hands-on experience with statistical software or programming languages like R, Python, SAS, or SPSS
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline management
- Strong understanding of healthcare claims and related data structures
- Minimum of five (5) years of analytical experience working with healthcare claims data
Responsibilities
- Develop analytical insights to identify payment anomalies within healthcare claims data.
- Develop predictive models.
- Create visualizations to aid executive decision-making.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Apply statistical methods and advanced analytical techniques to solve business challenges and develop predictive models.
- Create and maintain dashboards that visualize claims and eligibility data, providing strategic insights.
- Identify opportunities to automate data workflows, streamline reporting processes, and improve efficiency.
