- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions to optimize reporting functions
- Facilitate requirements gathering, discovery, analysis, and validation phases of reporting projects
- Train and support business units in utilizing data analytics tools and technologies effectively
- Monitor changes in business operations and suggest analytics enhancements accordingly
