Responsibilities
- Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to shape strategic roadmaps by identifying opportunities and assessing impact
- Lead analytical initiatives independently, including opportunity sizing, experimental design, and diagnostics
- Create and enhance key datasets and contribute to analytical tooling ecosystems such as Looker, dbt, and Hex
- Design and evaluate experiments using industry-standard methodologies to determine causal effects
- Mentor peers in analysis design, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement to foster a data-driven culture
- Represent analytics in leadership forums, ensuring data insights are integrated into critical product decisions
- Serve as a strategic advisor in product development by contextualizing analytics within broader company and market trends
Other
- 4+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or related fields
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analyses and influence stakeholders
- Collaborative attitude with high emotional intelligence and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to own ambiguous problems from framing questions to delivering insights
- Strong product sense comparable to seasoned product managers
