UT Southwestern needs to conduct EPIC OPTime data mining, perform cost analysis, and visualize data models to support clinical and administrative requests, improve product delivery, and manage standing reports for various committees.

Responsibilities
- Conduct EPIC OPTime data mining
- Design utilization of data model using Python, SQL, and SSIS
- Conduct cost analysis
- Utilize power BI or Tableau tool to create and visualize the data model
- Perform complex data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standing clinical and administrative requests
- Develop programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data
- Use database applications and analytical tools, evaluates data quality, applications, and functions
Other
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Healthcare, Business and Administration preferred.
- 2-5 years experience in data analysis, decision support, finance
- 1 year of healthcare experience required, preferably in a healthcare operations and analytics.
- Provides a high level of customer service while meeting project and presentation deadlines.
- Communicates results effectively to customers.
- Communicates regularly and effectively with team members and supervisor.
