SelectHealth, Inc. is looking to solve strategic decision-making and enhance pharmacy operations by analyzing and interpreting large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of SQL, including complex joins, union, window function, CTE, pivoting, recursive queries, string manipulation, external query filter, and query optimization
  • Knowledge of data architecture, including database designing, data modeling, data pipeline, and standardizing data structures
  • Knowledge of descriptive and predictive data analysis
  • Knowledge of data visualizations including charts, workbook, and dashboard
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Platform
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automation
  • Knowledge of scaled agile teams (SAFe) product and project management

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and enhance pharmacy operations
  • Design and develop predictive models using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to forecast future trends and patterns in prescription drug usage, operational metrics, pharmacy operations, drug price, and customer outcomes
  • Create report templates that answer multiple related questions as well as reports with linked content, drilldown, and nested parameters formatted in such a way that leads the user through the report in a well-organized, easy to understand fashion
  • Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow and integration from various sources
  • Develop scalable data storage solutions using cloud technologies to handle large volumes of pharmacy data and support advanced analytics
  • Implement robust security measures and compliance protocols to protect sensitive pharmacy data stored in the cloud
  • Collect, clean, and analyze pharmacy data, including prescription records, patient data, and drug information
