Responsibilities
- Gathering customer requirements to design, implement, and provide support for reports and dashboards within the Claims Department
- Recreating legacy dashboards and reports in a new modern Azure environment
- Participating in agent and policyholder research, voice-of-customer data collection and analytics, and agile user testing
- Performing software development activities including development and testing using Agile/Sprint methodology
- Developing and testing APIs, with a focus on Microsoft APIM and Azure
- Creating prototype websites for testing and validation purposes
- Collecting, accumulating, and monitoring data, and creating dashboards leveraging automation (GenAI)
