The partner company is looking for a Data Analytics Engineering Manager to oversee their data engineering, data quality, and architecture, ensuring data assets are accurate, accessible, and aligned with strategic goals. This role aims to drive the organization's data strategy, partner with cross-functional leaders, and influence enterprise-wide analytics initiatives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in data systems architecture, data warehousing, and data modeling; strong understanding of analytics and reporting lifecycles.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, quality management, and regulatory compliance in a healthcare or highly regulated environment.
- Experience managing budgets, resource allocation, and departmental strategic objectives.
- Preferred: experience in matrixed organizations and leading large-scale enterprise data initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations for data engineering, data quality services, and architecture projects, driving successful delivery across the organization.
- Establish and enforce data governance and quality standards across business intelligence data assets.
- Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise data platforms, reference architectures, and tools to support analytics and reporting.
- Partner with IT and business leaders to align data strategy with technology roadmaps and business needs.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders, translating requirements and technical constraints effectively.
- Champion data stewardship, change management, and education on analytics and data management best practices.

- Lead and manage a cross-functional team of data engineers, solution architects, and analysts, ensuring high performance and career development.

- Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master's Degree with 8+ years, or equivalent experience combining education and work.
- Minimum 3 years of direct leadership experience managing employees in data, analytics, or technology functions.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver operational results across organizational boundaries.
