Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and Python required.
- Awareness of additional analytics tools/languages a plus.
- Fundamental understanding of data visualization tools and design, including Tableau or Power BI, preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies required. Exposure to Azure preferred.
- Data governance familiarity and framework experience with Data Quality, Meta Data Management, Data Lineage, Data Management Principles (Data Storage) a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office suite of tools and in particular Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Perform basic descriptive and trending analysis.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions for their challenges.
- Compile analysis results into structured reports, ensuring clarity and coherence.
- Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage changes to analysis scripts and documentation, ensuring that updates are tracked, and previous versions can be retrieved if necessary.
Other
- Actively completing graduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related program.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
- College level – Junior or Senior student with graduation dates between December 2026 and May 2027.
- Broad analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit along with the desire to be a continuous learner.
