WillHire is expanding into Data Analytics and is looking for motivated individuals to join their structured internship program to gain practical experience working on real business datasets, develop dashboards, conduct data analysis, and help generate actionable insights that contribute to business growth in a dynamic tech environment.
Requirements
- Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets, SQL, and basic programming skills (Python or R)
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Exposure to cloud platforms, machine learning concepts, or participation in hackathons
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and usability
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns
- Create interactive and visually compelling dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
- Perform SQL queries and support basic statistical analyses
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and workflows to ensure data reliability
Other
- Current student or recent graduate in fields such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and keen attention to detail
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Google Data Analytics Certificate, Microsoft Data Analyst Associate)
