AgCountry Farm Credit Services (AgCountry), Farm Credit Services of America (FCSAmerica) and Frontier Farm Credit are looking to solve business and technical problems by leveraging data and analytics to provide affordable credit, crop insurance, and financial services to rural America and support farmers, ranchers, and agribusinesses.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or MIS, Electrical Engineering or similar degree.
Responsibilities
- Engage with business units, product management, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions focusing on advanced analytics
- Collaborate on projects that utilize data-driven reporting and analytics frameworks.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to optimize business requirements through automation and assist in implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate the development of data to assist in reporting and creation of enterprise dashboards that effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
- Acquire skills in design, development, integration, and analytics by collaborating with other data, application development and product teams adhering to or adapting established methodologies and best practices.
- Utilize appropriate tools and adhere to best practices to implement automation and ensure the reliability of AI-driven analytics
Other
- Minimum of 3.0 GPA.
- Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Available for a 12-week internship during the summer.
