Optimum Media is looking to solve the problem of operational efficiency in reporting and analytics by hiring a Data Analytics Intern to assist their Data Solutions Team.
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate SQL programming skills, data structure in relational databases, data manipulation and transformation knowledge required
- Comfortable reading, writing, troubleshooting, and understanding Python or R based code
Responsibilities
- Aggregating and reviewing data from numerous sources to create a cohesive, easy to understand reporting message. Develop reports that highlight the relevant data structures and processes.
- Custom audience segment creation for digital and linear ad campaigns.
- Scripting data structures and supporting automation goals.
- Mining data to support reporting and monitoring.
- Using data analysis to understand new data structures and sources.
- Fulfilling ad hoc and internal data analytics and reporting requests.
- Produce data visualizations to communicate complex relationships
Other
- Completing a bachelor’s or master’s degree between May 2025 and December 2025 with preferred majors in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Decision Sciences, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or other related technical discipline
- 1-2 Years minimum relevant working experience preferred, but not required
