Keysight is looking to transform raw data into actionable insights to inform marketing campaigns, various marketing programs, and executive dashboards.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and marketing metrics (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline contribution)
- Experience with Python or SQL for data manipulation is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources (CRM, marketing automation platforms, web analytics, and campaign performance reports)
- Create and maintain dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to visualize KPIs and trends
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and engagement
- Support marketing programs by identifying target account trends and engagement metrics
- Assist in preparing executive-level reports summarizing marketing performance and pipeline impact
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver timely insights
Other
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings clearly
- Availability for at least 3 months (full-time), with an option to extend remotely
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
