Principal's growing analytics community needs to research, analyze, and deliver data solutions, mine data sources, make data easy to interpret, develop and maintain processes, and apply statistical techniques to business problems to generate insights.
Requirements
- You have exposure to one or more of the following: Python, R, or SAS whether through development, course work or other experience
- You have strong SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of a range of statistical and machine learning techniques
- Exposure to data visualization concepts & standard methodologies
- Proficiency with one or more of the following: NLP, time series, propensity & uplift modeling, machine learning frameworks, graph algorithms
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Shiny, Poltly, Flask, D3
- Experience working with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Actively collaborating with stakeholders, leadership and IT to research, analyze and deliver data solutions
- Mining data sources and making that data easy to interpret through visuals and other consumable formats
- Participating in project teams to develop and maintain processes and work with in-time or scheduled metrics and reporting
- Applying a variety of statistical techniques to business problems in order to generate insights

- Strong storytelling abilities to translate data into insights for business partners or less technical audiences
- Desire to explore new data techniques, languages, and data sources
- You are currently pursuing or completed an undergraduate degree program in data, statistics, mathematics, or related field
- You have exposure to data analytics through coursework, previous internship, etc. required
