GlueIQ is seeking a Head of Data & Analytics to define and lead the agency's data vision, architect measurement frameworks, and guide clients on how data can drive smarter marketing and business decisions.
Requirements
- Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
- Experience with programming languages or tools such as SQL, Python, or R is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze data from various digital marketing channels (PPC, social media, web analytics, CRM, etc.)
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns
- Assist in setting up tracking mechanisms, including pixels, tags, and tracking URLs
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with creative, media, and account teams to analyze campaign results and refine approaches
- Monitor industry best practices and emerging analytics technologies
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in digital analytics, data analysis, or marketing analytics
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Hybrid working environment in creative, vibrant office setting (4 days in office, 1 day WFH)
