Requirements
- Some coursework in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Technical Writing, Communications, Marketing, Entrepreneurial, Management Information Systems (or similar)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with, interpret, and synthesis large and complex data sets
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus
- Ability to apply knowledge in those areas to understanding the overall financial services business environment
- Ability to work with, interpret, and synthesis large and complex data sets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize data to produce predictive insights, supporting business and channel partners to inform business strategies and decision-making
- Apply statistical methods to analyze data and derive meaningful insights
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, address, and develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Create and present data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Develop compelling and engaging communications, storytelling through data to connect with the customer experience
- Quickly adapt to and anticipate changing market conditions, technologies, and customer preferences enabled further through leveraging AI
- Develop product, technical, and business acumen through training, mentorship, and exposure to senior executives
