Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of statistical concepts
- Experience with Python and data science libraries such as pandas, numpy, or scikit-learn
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Databricks (preferred)
- Interest in real estate, financial markets, or portfolio optimization (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assist in the use of statistical models and analytical tools to support investment decision-making
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and early indicators of market performance
- Contribute to the design and refinement of time series forecasting and ranking models across property types and regions
- Support the creation of tools that evaluate portfolio risk, diversification, and performance
- Help streamline research workflows by supporting automation efforts and collaborating with engineering teams
- Prepare research summaries, visualizations, and presentations to communicate findings to investment professionals
- Participate in ad hoc research initiatives and contribute to broader team objectives
Other
- Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple-worthy
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or finance
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
