- Evaluate and compare AI-generated responses for quality, accuracy, tone, and reasoning.
- Write and refine prompts that simulate real user behaviour and test model performance.
- Provide detailed written feedback to help improve AI understanding and reliability.

- Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in a writing-intensive or analytical field.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and comprehension).
- Curious, creative, and interested in how humans and AI interact.
- Flexible schedule: Work 5–10 hours per week or up to 40 hours if desired.
