Onebridge, a Marlabs Company, is looking for a Data Architect to design and implement scalable, well-structured data architectures that enable AI, advanced analytics, and enterprise reporting. The goal is to improve outcomes for the people they serve through data and technology.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or enterprise-scale data solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in AWS, Microsoft Fabric, and modern data lake/lakehouse architectures.
- Demonstrated expertise in dimensional and relational modeling, metadata management, and data governance.
- Proven track record integrating and optimizing large, complex datasets for analytics and AI workloads.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-scale data architectures, including data lakes and lakehouses, leveraging AWS and Microsoft Fabric for optimal scalability and performance.
- Develop and refine data models (dimensional, relational, and metadata-driven) to support AI, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
- Integrate and standardize data from diverse sources into governed, accessible structures within the enterprise data platform.
- Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure data readiness for advanced analytics and visualizations.
- Anticipate future business and technical needs, recommending architectural improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and usability.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver solutions aligned with global enterprise goals and data governance standards.

- Hybrid role with on-site work required 2-3 days per week in Indianapolis, IN.
