Trend Companies is looking to establish internal data capabilities to drive smarter business decisions across the organization by analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
- Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights
- Knowledge of influencer marketing, advertising, or agency settings is a plus
- Experience working with financial data (e.g., P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting) is a major plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources (marketing campaigns, sales data, financial reports, operational data, etc.)
- Design and build tools, dashboards, metrics, and visualizations that translate data into actionable insights
- Analyze financial performance data to support budget planning, forecasting, and executive reporting
- Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and systems to strengthen Trend’s data infrastructure
- Establish and document best practices for data governance, reporting accuracy, and consistency
- Communicate complex data and financial concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
Other
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Ability to work closely with leadership to translate complex data into clear insights
- Collaborate with leadership, account managers, and other teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
