Assist with day-to-day operations and project-related responsibilities in support of the Data Center & Cloud Services and Information Security departments at BXP
Requirements
- Currently performing course work in Computer Sciences or a related field
- A want to learn and have a career in hybrid Cloud resource and networking environment
- Ability to follow procedures while researching and documenting solutions to encountered issues
- Possess an aptitude toward learning technical concepts
- Be results-oriented and a quick learner in supporting new products and technologies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Be detail-oriented and methodical in solving problems and managing multiple projects
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on project level tasks, research solutions, and provide progress updates to management
- Participate with investigations of active and potential outages within the environment
- Assist in the development of company-wide enterprise information security, data center, and cloud platform best practices
- Research assigned technology enhancements and make recommendations
- Create and maintain documentation
- Conduct research on new technologies and products
- Every Intern is assigned an impactful project(s)
Other
- Currently performing course work in Computer Sciences or a related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Be detail-oriented and methodical in solving problems and managing multiple projects
- Capable of sharing ideas and providing insightful observations with Engineers and Management
- Involves work of a general office nature usually performed sitting such as operation of a computer
