Requirements
- Knowledge of data center operations and management
- Understanding of network monitoring and maintenance
- Familiarity with facility management and maintenance
- Basic understanding of IT and computer systems
- Knowledge of network security protocols and procedures
- Understanding of data analysis and process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with critical infrastructure systems, including cooling systems, power distribution, and environmental controls
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure systems, including cooling systems, power distribution, and environmental controls.
- Support in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues related to network and server equipment.
- Participate in scheduled maintenance and updates, following established procedures.
- Assist in conducting regular audits of data center assets and inventory.
- Monitor network performance and respond to alerts in a timely manner.
- Help maintain network security protocols, including monitoring access logs and enforcing security policies.
- Support network testing, ensuring system integrity and availability.
