Requirements
Proven analytical and quantitative skills, with experience collaborating with data science/engineering teams to develop actionable insights
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, rigorously prioritize initiatives, and adapt to change
Relevant experience in infrastructure strategy and planning, with a focus on cloud/infrastructure/AI scaling and optimization projects
Demonstrates business acumen and intuition, with experience in hypothesis-driven analysis and communicating recommendations to a wide variety of audiences
Responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally to define problem statements and develop analytical models that shape industry-leading data center strategies to support growth in AI and Meta’s family of products and services
Develop and utilize a decision analysis framework to evaluate major data center investments, identifying comparative trade-offs that inform strategic decision-making
Play a critical role in managing data center supply planning programs and developing strategies for building data center capacity, enabling the business to get ahead and stay ahead of demand volatility
Apply quantitative techniques to generate actionable insights and recommendations, separating signal from noise for executive communication and decision making
Lead and support various ad hoc projects to advance Meta’s data center strategy
Other
Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of professional experience in strategic planning, technology strategy/consulting, investment banking, corporate development, technical program management, or supply chain optimization
Demonstrated experience in collaborating effectively across internal organizations and build trusted working relationships
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
Travel requirements not specified, but may be required for collaboration with global teams
